EDITORIAL & COMMERCIAL STANDARDS

Clear sources.
Independent choices.

You should know what is a published fact, what is an interpretation and what comes from another person’s experience.

Product facts have a source

Product pages link to the relevant fragrance house. We use its published name, concentration and notes where available. A house may describe a scent through facets rather than top, heart and base layers; those descriptions should not be converted into invented measurements.

The catalogue is selected, not exhaustive. Formulations, descriptions and availability can change. The manufacturer’s current information and packaging take precedence.

Descriptions are not laboratory results

Scent-family labels, occasion suggestions and weather suitability are editorial interpretations. The prominence shown in a notes display is descriptive; it does not establish percentages of ingredients or measured intensity.

We do not present a note list as an ingredient declaration, a medical assessment or proof that two fragrances will layer successfully.

Recommendations explain a connection

Suggestions use catalogue notes and your recorded preferences. They are reasons to investigate a sample, not a guarantee of satisfaction. We do not display an invented personal match percentage.

Read the recommendation method and learn what fragrance notes mean.

Reviews and creator content

Member reviews are personal accounts and are not labelled as verified purchases. Creator videos belong to their creators; inclusion does not imply endorsement or a partnership. Follow the original video to see the creator’s own commercial disclosures.

We do not turn editorial copy into customer testimonials or count invented votes. Reports can be submitted through Report review on the relevant product page. See the review and voting rules.

Commercial relationships

There are no active affiliate commissions, sponsored placements or retailer partnerships in this test. Official shopping links are provided for convenience.

If affiliate links are introduced, the affected link or content must be identified clearly where it appears. A footer disclosure alone will not be used as a substitute. Commercial income must not change the personal taste ranking.

Corrections and rights

Brand names and product imagery identify the perfumes being discussed. Ownership stays with the respective rights holders; a credit is not a claim of permission or affiliation.

For an apparent error, use the product’s official source to check the current information. A general corrections and rights-contact route must be established before the wider launch.
